Centre Management
Our friendly Centre Management office is located externally next to The Coffee Club at the southern end of Ballina Fair. Whether you need directional assistance, lost and found, require mobility equipment, or would like help with booking a taxi, our staff are at hand to assist you.
- Centre Management operates from Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5:00pm)
- For Saturday & Sunday, please contact Security for assistance 0473 849 235.

Wheelchair Hire
Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Centre Management Office free of charge, with approved identification.
Parents Room
For your convenience, we have two Parents Rooms throughout the centre. Conveniently location near Best & Less and also in the middle of the centre. All rooms are fully equipped with a microwave, toilets, breastfeeding chairs and a change bench.
Parking 🚘
Ballina Fair has on-site car parking for 750 vehicles and parking is FREE!
Disabled Parking
The Centre has multiple disability parking spaces located at each of the entrances to the Centre.
Caravan / Camper Trailer Parking
We welcome caravans and camper trailers at Ballina Fair. We recommend that caravans and camper trailers park in the northern carpark. Please take care when approaching the shade sails.

We are located at 84 Kerr Street, Ballina NSW 2478. You can enter Ballina Fair from Fox Street, Kerr Street or Tamarind Drive (on the outbound lane).
By Bus
Bus networks run adjacent to the Centre to the Ballina CBD and township and neighbouring towns of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Lismore.
The 661 bus stops directly outside Ballina Fair.
By Taxi
Calling a taxi is easy at Ballina Fair. A Free taxi phone is located next to the public telephones opposite Woolworths and near BWS.
Customers can also contact the Centre Management (on the outside of the building next to The Coffee Club) to book a taxi.

Ballina Fair Gift Cards are available for purchase from the Centre Management Office, Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5:00pm.
Centre Management is located externally next to The Coffee Club, near the Southern Entry to Ballina Fair.
We do not offer online gift card sales at this time.
- Gift Cards can be loaded with a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $500
- Gift Cards are redeemed via Eftpos with any Ballina Fair Shopping Centre Retailer
- Gift Cards contain a PIN under a scratch panel. The PIN must be used when making a redemption
- Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- Treat this Gift Card like cash as lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced or returned

- It is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period.
- Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
- Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited. No change will be given.
- This gift card is partially redeemable. Within the card’s 3 year validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating store.
- However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.
- If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.

Yes, we have a Telstra Public Phone located near Woolworths and around the corner from BWS.
Are there ATM's in the centre
Yes, at our Ballina shopping centre we have 1 atmx ATMs located in the centre.
atmx welcomes cardholders from a large range of financial institutions to use atmx with no transaction fee* for withdrawals and balance enquiries.
You will find the atmx located outside Pacific Smiles at the Woolworths end of the centre. The atm is accessible from 7am until 9pm daily.

Do you have a lost and found
If you have lost an item while shopping with us, please contact Centre Management during business hours.
All Lost and Found property is recorded, however is only held for 3 months (subject to the sanitary state of the item) and then any unclaimed items are disposed of or donated.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have lost or found something while shopping at Ballina Fair.
