Yes, we have a Telstra Public Phone located near Woolworths and around the corner from BWS.

Yes, we have 1 atmx ATMs located in the centre.

atmx welcomes cardholders from a large range of financial institutions to use atmx with no transaction fee* for withdrawals and balance enquiries.

You will find the atmx located outside Pacific Smiles at the Woolworths end of the centre. The atm is accessible from 7am until 9pm daily.

Centre Management is open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.

If you have lost an item while shopping with us, please contact Centre Management during business hours.

All Lost and Found property is recorded, however is only held for 3 months (subject to the sanitary state of the item) and then any unclaimed items are disposed of or donated.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have lost or found something while shopping at Ballina Fair.

We would love to help you showcase your brand, and we have a number of Pop Up casual leasing sites available.

Ballina Fair does not have an information or concierge desk, however the Centre Management Office is located on the outside of the centre next door to The Coffee Club and is able to assist you with any enquiries from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
